These instructions apply to Quid Pro Quo 2.0 and later.
Installing the NetCloak Pro Plug-In with Quid Pro Quo
The NetCloak Pro Plug-In automatically registers the "NFORMS_PI" action with Quid Pro Quo and maps the ".fdml" suffix to that action. No additional installation instructions are necessary, unless you want to use other filename suffixes with your FDML files.
Installing the NetCloak Pro CGI with Quid Pro Quo
- Follow the instructions described in the NetCloak Standard User's Guide for Installing the NetCloak CGI with Quid Pro Quo.
- Launch Quid Pro Quo.
- Select "Services..." from the "Control" menu.
- For each server that will process forms using FDML files, do the following:
- Select the server in the list and click "Edit Server...".
- Click the "Actions" icon on the left side of the window.
- Click "New Action".
- Type "NFORMS" in the "Name:" field.
- Type "/cgi-bin/NetCloak.acgi" in the "Path:" field.
- Click the "Suffix Mappings" icon on the left side of the window.
- Click "New Mapping".
- Enter ".fdml" in the "Suffix:" field.
- Enter "text/html" in the "MIME Type:" field.
- Enter "TEXT" in the "Type:" field.
- Enter "*" in the "Creator:" field.
- Select "NFORMS" from the "Action:" popup menu.
- Click OK to close the "Configure Quid Pro Quo" window.
- Click OK to close the "Services" window.
